You will investigate escalated seller tickets and resolve them within SLAs, dig into seller metrics to find intent and root causes, and identify the top reason codes behind seller issues. You will work with product, program and partner teams to close gaps and remove defects, and present insights to stakeholders to drive improvements such as training, internal SOPs and better escalation content. The goal is fewer seller contacts through root-cause elimination.
