Narayana Health is hiring a resident doctor for its gastrointestinal and abdominal surgery department in Bengaluru. You will evaluate patients with digestive complaints such as abdominal pain, GI bleeding, jaundice, pancreatitis and intestinal obstruction, take detailed histories and do physical examinations. You will review lab results, imaging and other diagnostics, monitor patients and document their progress, and help senior consultants plan and carry out treatment. Pre-operative work includes evaluating patients scheduled for GI and abdominal surgery and reviewing their investigations. A recognised medical degree and registration are expected for this hospital-based role.
