Genpact is hiring an accounts receivable specialist for its finance and accounting (invoice-to-cash) team in Noida with 3-5 years of AR experience. You will review and prioritise AR work queues by age, payer, value and follow-up date, and chase unpaid, denied, rejected and underpaid insurance claims through payer portals, calls and correspondence. You will analyse EOBs, ERAs, denial reasons and payment variances to decide next steps, start corrected claims, resubmissions, reconsiderations or appeals, and document every action clearly. Meeting daily productivity, quality, turnaround and collection targets, and working with billing, coding, authorization and payment posting teams, are key parts of the role.
