Hitachi Energy is hiring an FP&A financial analyst in Bengaluru with 2-4 years of financial planning and analysis experience. You will analyse performance against budget, forecast, latest estimate, prior quarter and prior year and share business insights. You will support monthly forecasting, budgeting and planning, validate assumptions across business units, and track KPIs such as orders, revenue, gross margin, EBIT, SG&A, headcount, productivity, working capital, cash flow and capex. Preparing management reports, KPI dashboards, executive presentations and variance analyses, and supporting month-end close by validating results and fixing reporting gaps, are core tasks.
