Any graduate can apply, and hotel management graduates are preferred; candidates need 2-4 years in a front-desk or guest relations role. You will run front-desk operations, greet and help visitors and employees, handle calls and enquiries, coordinate with internal teams for a smooth guest experience, and keep visitor records in Excel. The role is on-site with rotational shifts (7 AM-4 PM or 10 AM-7 PM), six days a week and 48 hours weekly. Good Excel skills, excellent communication and a professional appearance are required, and JLL is looking for immediate joiners.
