Johnson & Johnson is hiring an analyst for core HR platforms in Bengaluru with typically 2-4 years of relevant HR systems experience. You will support the operation and administration of core enterprise HR platforms, keeping systems stable, data accurate and issues resolved on time. Tasks include routine monitoring, data validation and quality checks, user access, basic configuration and troubleshooting, and building standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for HR stakeholders. You will help test system enhancements and upgrades with IT and functional teams, document processes, SOPs and knowledge articles, and suggest automation and process improvements.
