S&P Global Ratings is hiring a client financial relations specialist in Hyderabad with 2+ years of B2B collections experience. Your main job is to follow up with clients by phone and email to collect payment on overdue invoices. You will apply policies on payments, cancellations and service suspension, own customer disputes through to resolution, reconcile sales ledger accounts, and respond quickly to customer and internal queries. Escalating debt issues to account and line managers when needed, and working with order management, client relations, cash applications and sales teams to resolve issues, are part of the role. All work must follow internal controls and processes.
