Axis Bank's Fraud Control (FCI) team in Mumbai is hiring an analyst with 3-4 years of experience. You will help build strategies to automate and digitise fraud control processes, analyse data to find anomalies and trends, and launch new activities on time. You will improve sampling efficiency and hit rates, carry out detailed investigations of sampled fraud cases to identify perpetrators and set deterrents, and make sure every case flagged on technology platforms is actioned within turnaround time. Following up with stakeholders, doing mystery shopping to find system gaps and design controls, and training law enforcement agencies are also part of the role.
