Gallagher is hiring an analyst in Mumbai or Bengaluru with 3+ years of related experience to support insurance account management. You will coordinate with account managers, account executives, producers and brokers to service a book of business across marketing, claims, administration, renewals and sales. Assigned clients typically have the most complex needs. You will independently support your client group, resolve complex service problems that need research and contact with insurance carriers or agents, respond to client questions and keep a log of conversations. Day-to-day contacts are mostly mid-level client staff, with occasional support to senior client staff.
