Paytm is hiring talent acquisition specialists for non-tech business hiring in Gurugram with 3-8 years of talent acquisition experience. You will manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment, from sourcing, tracking and coordinating to interviewing and onboarding candidates. You will partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners, advise them on recruiting processes, market trends and best practices, and use data and analytics to anticipate hiring roadblocks and propose solutions. Improving recruitment processes so they are scalable, consistent and candidate-friendly is also part of the role.
