Sun Pharma is hiring a legal team member in Mumbai with an LLB or LLM and 3-5 years of experience. You will draft, review, negotiate and finalise a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply and procurement, manufacturing and contract manufacturing, distribution and marketing, technology transfer, clinical trial, confidentiality and NDA, service and consultancy, licensing and collaboration, and vendor and customer agreements; banking and M&A agreements are optional. You will negotiate with domestic and international counterparties and make sure contract terms protect the company's legal, commercial and regulatory interests. Suits lawyers with corporate or pharma contracts experience.
