Axis Bank is hiring a currency chest operations officer in Coimbatore. Graduates with 2-4 years of experience can apply; an additional banking certificate and knowledge of internal accounts in Finacle, MS Excel and PowerPoint are expected. You will liaise with RBI, vendors and other banks, coordinate with the currency chest head, operations head and branch banking teams, and make sure regulatory guidelines are followed. Day-to-day work includes handling cash remittances to and from branches and cash replenishment agencies for ATMs and recyclers, and making sure notes are sorted as per RBI rules while supervising sorters at the chest.
