Philips is hiring a learning content developer for MR (MRI) service education in Bengaluru with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Working under direct supervision, you will support administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of learning programmes, curricula and training content for MR service engineers. You will work with subject-matter experts, other content developers, instructional designers and education management to keep learning materials, training paths, certification requirements and compliance structures accurate and aligned to business needs, using learner data, training records, operational metrics and approved digital tools.
