Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a lab management technician/installer for its engineering labs in Bengaluru. You will support lab operations by building testbed topologies to plan, racking, stacking, unracking and cabling network equipment, connecting device ports with the correct cables and optics, and handling power connections for device bring-up in coordination with the facilities (M&E) team on power and cooling. The role also owns material handling and lab asset workflows: receiving shipments, asset transfers, store keeping, tracking inventory and unused materials, keeping records and producing regular reports. Training on Juniper topology files is provided. The opening asks for about 2 to 3 years of experience in lab, data centre or hardware installation work, with an understanding of the different optics and cable types used in networking labs.
