American Express is hiring an analyst for the International Card Services Control Management team in Gurugram (hybrid), focused on international operational resilience. The team identifies, assesses, mitigates and reports operational risk in business processes across Amex's international markets. You will help build the operational resiliency framework for international markets, support gap assessments against US policy, maintain an inventory of applications and third parties, help business units run process risk self-assessments, and support control monitoring, quality assurance and process testing. The role also covers mapping controls to risks and processes and preparing thematic risk reports on levels, trends and causes. It involves close work with partners across many business units and countries. American Express is looking for about 2 to 3 years of experience in operational risk, controls or a related area.
