You will update HR data in systems such as PeopleSoft, catalogue and store records in document management systems, prepare reports with business tools, and answer internal and external queries by email within agreed service levels and quality standards. The role needs effective written and verbal communication with professionals at all levels, including onshore teams, senior managers, directors and partners, along with strong attention to detail and an investigative approach so that every submission is complete and accurate.
