EXL is hiring a fresher for its Business Analyst team in Tamil Nadu (hybrid) to work on the EXLMINE healthcare analytics platform. You will help gather and document business requirements, support configuration of workflows in the application, and prepare business requirement documents, process flows and meeting notes. Other tasks include helping with solution design under guidance, testing, issue tracking and basic root cause analysis, data validation and reporting, and mapping data fields for reporting systems. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or a related field, a basic understanding of business analysis concepts, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and documentation, and basic MS Excel. Exposure to business or data analysis or the healthcare domain, relevant certifications, and willingness to learn SQL are a plus.
