Hero MotoCorp is hiring a Quality Management Systems engineer in Gurugram to assist the quality system lead auditor in deploying, maintaining and tracking the company's QMS under ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3, as well as Deming award activities. You will coordinate document control and run the central document management system, review SOPs periodically with operations and manufacturing, track internal audits, and follow up daily on closure of non-conformances and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) evidence for the lead auditor. The role also compiles cross-functional data and reports that support the company's total quality management journey. It suits a well-organised engineer with about 1 to 2 years of experience in quality systems, audits or document control in a manufacturing or automotive setting, with working knowledge of ISO and IATF standards.
