You will study tender inputs and raise RFIs, do HVAC equipment take-offs, prepare IO summaries, size DDC controllers, select field devices and valves, and build bills of quantities, cable schedules and costings. On proposals, you will review specifications to set inclusion and exclusion lists, technical qualifications, assumptions and deviations, and prepare technical submittals such as system architecture, floor risers, control schematics and specification compliance to regional requirements. The role also involves vendor management and tax aspects, quality checks on jobs, and helping standardise processes to cut cost and cycle time. Candidates need 3 to 5 years of estimation experience in HVAC or building controls, knowledge of Honeywell-type product ranges, good English communication and the ability to handle multiple jobs against deadlines.
