You will supervise excavation, PCC/RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, foundations, masonry, flooring, drainage and finishing work, verify line, level, dimensions, reinforcement and quantities before and during execution, and monitor concrete pours along with the required inspections and test records. The role involves coordinating with MEP teams on sleeves, trenches, openings and embedded items before civil closure, keeping daily progress, manpower and work-front records, flagging constraints early, and tracking material needs so work does not stop. You will also arrange inspections with QA/QC and consultants, close observations and punch points, and support handover to the next discipline.
