DP World's Global Service Centre in Mumbai is hiring an associate for its Multi Modal Solutions operations team, supporting onshore trailer and intermodal transport. You will create, check and maintain load and order records in the transport management system from tenders and rate confirmations, audit documents such as bills of lading, proofs of delivery and interchange receipts, update load milestones and status codes from control tower data, and reconcile trailer, chassis and container inventory. The role also covers empty equipment repositioning, calculating detention, demurrage and per-diem charges per SOPs, validating rates and tariffs, generating and checking invoices, resolving billing exceptions, and supporting carrier settlement and freight audit and pay. DP World is looking for 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics, transport or freight operations with strong system and documentation accuracy.
