Virohan is hiring English Language Power Skills (ELPSL) trainers for its campuses in Nagpur and Gurugram. You will deliver English and power-skills training, inductions and lesson plans to Virohan standards, keep student attendance at 80% or more and faculty attendance at 90%, engage students, ensure quality teaching and handle student grievances promptly. The role also requires following classroom norms, keeping proper records and reports, and helping the content team create training and learning materials and schedules. Candidates need strong communication skills, the confidence to train senior student batches, and at least 1 year of experience as an English teacher, soft skills or personality development trainer, or in another training role.
