You will process customer orders, quotes, returns (RMA) and status requests in order management systems, check orders for completeness, accuracy and policy compliance, and make sure they are entered, validated and processed within agreed timelines. The role includes sharing order status, shipment and delivery updates with customers, resolving order discrepancies, pricing issues and delivery delays with the relevant teams, reviewing exception orders, managing order backlogs, and following standard operating procedures. Candidates should have strong organisational skills, good written communication, attention to detail and a commitment to quality customer service.
