Marriott is hiring a Food & Beverage Executive for a hotel in Kochi. You will make sure the service team works together so that guests receive excellent service, check staff grooming and uniforms, and complete opening and closing duties such as setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas and locking up. The role includes inspecting storage areas for organisation, FIFO and cleanliness, carrying out scheduled inventories, requisitioning supplies, monitoring dining rooms for seating, service and guest safety, and raising maintenance work orders. You will also support management with hiring, training, scheduling and coaching staff, act as a role model and first point of contact under the fair treatment and open door policy, and follow all safety and security procedures. Marriott asks for at least 2 years of related food and beverage experience.
