L&T EduTech, the digital learning arm of Larsen & Toubro, is hiring a Junior Developer to add AI and Generative AI features to its learning and platform products. You will build AI-powered applications using LLMs, NLP, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings and vector databases; write and integrate APIs that connect AI services to existing applications; help design and tune prompts; and support data preprocessing, model evaluation and testing. The role also involves quick prototypes to try out new AI use cases, plus deploying, debugging and monitoring live AI features alongside product, engineering, design and data teams.
Who can apply: B.Tech graduates with 1-2 years of experience. You need strong Python, solid programming fundamentals, a basic grasp of AI/ML, and hands-on exposure to GenAI/LLM apps. Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, REST APIs, SQL, Git and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain or LlamaIndex is expected.
