NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Managed Services Engineer (L1) in Bengaluru to provide remote technical support for client data centre environments. You will diagnose and resolve incidents using service assurance tools, follow defined support procedures, escalate unresolved issues, carry out routine maintenance, keep configuration items accurate and secure, and track service delivery so that SLAs are met. The role also involves using and updating knowledge articles, analysing service records to suggest improvements, and keeping clients and ticketing systems updated. Eligibility: a Bachelor's degree in IT, computing or a related field, with entry-level exposure to areas such as networking (routing and switching), security/firewalls, VoIP, storage, backup, servers or virtualization. Associate-level certifications such as CCNA (DC) and knowledge of Cisco, EMC, NetApp or Dell technologies are valued. Good communication, attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset are expected. This is a hybrid role.
