Teradata's Global Support Organization is hiring a Product Support Engineering Intern in Hyderabad. The intern will build expertise across databases, platform infrastructure, networking and AI while helping resolve technical issues for internal and external customers. Work includes investigating and recreating customer problems, performing root cause analysis, working with engineering to isolate product defects, following the incident management process, and contributing to knowledge articles. You will also look for automation opportunities, develop scripts and AI-powered support agents that improve diagnosis and resolution, support operational dashboards and reporting, and maintain technical documentation and playbooks. Eligibility: pursuing a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline, with a strong grasp of operating systems, database concepts and computer networks, sound programming fundamentals, and good analytical and communication skills. This is a hybrid internship.
