Unisys is hiring an Associate Analyst for its Organizational Change Management (OCM) team in Karnataka (Bengaluru). Working under the guidance of OCM managers and leads, you will help carry out change activities on transformation projects: assessing change readiness, drafting change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and resistance plans, and tracking adoption. A large part of the role is communication, including writing emails, newsletters, intranet content and presentations, and creating simple videos, infographics and other collateral. You will also support training needs analysis, learning material creation and training delivery, and help gather and interpret adoption data and feedback. Eligibility: a Bachelor's degree (final-year students also considered) in Communications, Business, Psychology, HR, Organisational Development or a related field, with 0 to 2 years of experience; internships and projects count. Strong English writing skills and MS Office are required; familiarity with ADKAR or Prosci, design tools, Power BI or European languages is a plus.
