GE HealthCare is hiring a Graduate Engineering Trainee in Bengaluru to work as a graduate manufacturing engineer in its Advanced Imaging Solutions business. You will support New Product Introduction by developing and documenting manufacturing processes, designing fixtures and tooling, and improving lead time, cycle time, cost of quality and safety. The role involves Lean and continuous-improvement projects, maintaining part routings and engineering standards, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams, and supporting EHS actions on the shop floor. Eligibility: a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related discipline; recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of internship or industrial experience. A basic grasp of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals is required, and knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, QMS or root cause analysis from projects or internships is preferred. Good analytical, communication and MS Office skills are expected. No relocation assistance is provided.
