Molex (a Koch company), through Phillips Medisize, is hiring a Product Development Engineer in Bengaluru for its Engineering Rotational Program focused on medical devices. Over an 18-month programme you will rotate every six months across engineering groups and Phillips Medisize / Molex sites in Asia. Work includes transferring product designs to manufacturing facilities, giving technical support for design transfer and new manufacturing set-ups, taking part in design verification, and supporting engineering, manufacturing and quality teams with design work, testing and documentation. Eligibility: a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in a product development or manufacturing organisation, the ability to present technical information to varied audiences, and willingness to relocate every six months. Knowledge of injection moulding, tooling, CAD/SolidWorks, 3D modelling, Minitab, SAP, SPC and DOE is an advantage.
