Volvo Group is offering a one-year Graduate Apprentice Trainee position at its Hosakote plant under the Government of India's National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). The trainee will support a large industrial capacity expansion project, working with the project manager and cross-functional teams. Work includes helping prepare and track project schedules in MS Project, Primavera or Excel, building dashboards and status reports, coordinating with civil, electrical, mechanical and vendor teams, supporting site inspections and safety compliance, maintaining drawings, contracts, BOQs and meeting minutes, tracking costs and material deliveries, assisting with invoice and progress documentation, analysing capacity data and maintaining the risk register. Eligibility: a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Industrial Engineering, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and good coordination and analytical ability; basic project management tool knowledge is preferred. This is a temporary apprenticeship role.
