S&P Global is hiring a Data Analyst for its Transactions team (EDO Data - Data Operations) in Bengaluru. The team tracks corporate events worldwide, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, fixed income and follow-on offerings, buybacks and bankruptcies, and delivers validated data to clients in real time. As an individual contributor, you will source, validate, enrich and deliver data for a defined dataset by following standard operating procedures, and escalate exceptions. You will also take part in UAT, process improvement and the adoption of AI-enabled workflows.
Requirements: a degree with a good academic record (finance or a related specialisation preferred) and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in data work. Strong data literacy and attention to detail are key.
