Citi is hiring Operations Support Analysts in Pune and Gurugram (DLF Cybercity) to support regulatory client communications such as client reports, advices, confirms, notices and letters. You will document current and future-state processes, give status updates and prepare steering-committee presentations, and get sign-off from Legal and Compliance teams on regulatory requirements. You will act as a link between business stakeholders and technology, write UAT scripts and business scenarios, run training sessions and demos, and track project plans and follow-ups across departments while handling several projects at once.
