HPE is hiring a Technical Support Engineer Associate (L1 TAC, Aruba Switching) in Bengaluru. You will be the first line of technical support for customers using HPE Aruba enterprise switches (AOS-CX and AOS-S). The job involves handling customer cases by phone, web and email, setting severity levels, documenting symptoms, topology and logs, and escalating to L2/L3 teams within SLAs. Troubleshooting covers Layer 2 (VLANs, 802.1Q trunking, STP, MAC tables, port security), basic Layer 3 (static routing, OSPF basics, ARP), PoE, interface errors, transceivers and cabling, plus basic Aruba Central operations.
Around 2 to 4 years of networking or technical support experience is expected. The role is hybrid.
