Deloitte's Cyber Detect & Respond practice is hiring a SOC Consultant in Mumbai or Hyderabad. You will review and triage security alerts escalated by L1 analysts, analyse them, decide whether a real incident is happening, track remediation and escalate when needed. You will also configure security monitoring tools and support incident response and reporting.
Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in SOC operations, incident response, threat monitoring or cyber investigations. Hands-on work with SIEM tools (LogRhythm, Splunk, Sentinel or Chronicle) and EDR/XDR tools (CrowdStrike, Cortex XDR or Microsoft Defender) is expected, along with knowledge of attack techniques, threat vectors and incident management, and a basic understanding of network traffic analysis (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
