Ericsson's Cloud Domain Support team is hiring Technical Solution Engineers in Noida, Gurugram and Bengaluru. The team supports Ericsson products such as Cloud Execution Environment (CEE) and Cloud Container Distribution (ECCD). You will investigate and resolve customer service requests, troubleshoot virtualised infrastructure and container issues, carry out root cause analysis, deliver fixes and restorations, take part in software upgrades and keep tickets updated in the support system, all within defined support guidelines. Keeping network availability high and customers satisfied is the main goal.
Requirements: 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in cloud, virtualisation or container platform support. Good troubleshooting and customer communication skills are needed.
