American Express is hiring a TCPS Analyst I with Korean language skills in Gurugram. You will handle inbound calls and faxes from customers and sellers for prepaid products like gift cards and traveller's cheques, process claims for lost, stolen or uncashable cheques, handle escheatment cases, and process refunds, overspend and excess balance cases. You will also respond to escalations, find root causes, review risk data to spot fraud links and work to meet performance targets.
Requirements: a graduate with 0 to 3 years of experience, proficiency in Korean, and good spoken and written English. This is a customer-facing calling role in a 24x7 environment, so you should be comfortable with rotating shifts and deadlines.
