American Express is hiring an Analyst for its Operational Risk Management Independent Monitoring & Testing team in Gurugram. The team strengthens resilience through independent monitoring and testing, sets reporting and risk-assessment standards, and gives an aggregated view of operational risk. You will support the testing and monitoring program based on an annual risk-based plan, help build the operational risk coverage universe, carry out independent tests using set methods, and work with business units and functions across regions.
Requirements: a degree in a related field (preferably from a top institute) with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in risk, audit or controls. Strong analytical and communication skills are expected. The role is hybrid.
