Mahindra & Mahindra's Farm Division is hiring an Assistant Manager - Process Engineering at its Jaipur plant. You will own engine assembly and testing processes, make sure they meet performance standards, and help hit production volume targets while keeping quality, cost, delivery, safety and morale on track. The role includes upskilling cell members for multi-skilling, supporting shop-floor activities, and coordinating with supply chain, planning, maintenance and quality teams.
Requirements: a B.Tech with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience (the posting also accepts diploma holders with 7 to 10 years). Hands-on experience in engine assembly or manufacturing process engineering is expected.
