HARMAN Automotive is hiring a Junior Engineer II for production assembly at its plant near Pune (Village Mhal). The role makes sure automotive Connected Car and Car Audio products are produced smoothly, efficiently and to high quality standards through good planning, monitoring and optimisation of assembly operations. You will track production output and quality, solve line issues, follow safety and process standards and work with quality, maintenance and planning teams.
Requirements: 2 to 6 years of experience in assembly operations, ideally in automotive electronics manufacturing. This is a regular, permanent position in HARMAN's manufacturing job family.
