Baxter is hiring an HR Operations Analyst (Employee Data Management) in Gurugram. You will handle escalated Tier 1 employee inquiries, monitor queue performance and SLAs, support Workday transactions and protect employee data accuracy. You will also coach junior analysts on customer service, spot trends in inquiries and suggest knowledge-base updates, work with HRBPs and Tier 2 teams on complex cases, review call and chat quality, and write FAQs and knowledge articles.
Requirements: a graduate in any discipline (business administration or HR preferred) with 2 to 5 years of experience in HR customer service or HR operations. Excellent English, strong knowledge of HR policies and the employee lifecycle, and experience with ticketing tools are expected.
