JLL is hiring a Technical Executive in Pune for integrated facilities management. You will support the engineering manager in maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil systems at a client facility. Duties include preparing critical spares lists, running the preventive maintenance programme, reviewing contractor service practices, keeping logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules, handling breakdowns, arranging ad-hoc setups for the client and making sure contractors follow site rules.
Requirements: a diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering and 3 to 5 years of experience in integrated facilities management (IFM) services. This is a full-time, on-site role.
