Synechron is hiring AI Engineers at its Pune (Hinjewadi) office to build AI agents and AI architecture inside CI/CD workflows on AWS. You will develop production-ready generative AI solutions, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using services like SageMaker and Lambda, agentic workflows and model integrations. The work also covers MCP server development, vector databases, AI-driven code generation and code fixing, security automation and remediation systems, with a focus on secure engineering and boosting developer productivity.
