Johnson Controls is hiring a BMS Design Engineer in Mumbai to design building management systems (BMS/IBMS) for buildings and data centres. You will prepare control schematics, network architecture and wiring diagrams, write I/O schedules, points lists and sequences of operation, choose controllers, sensors and field devices, and prepare BOMs and technical submittals. You will coordinate with HVAC, electrical, EPMS and fire alarm teams and support commissioning and troubleshooting.
Requirements: a BE/ME in instrumentation, electrical or electronics with at least 3 years of experience, strong knowledge of BMS architecture, DDC controllers and Niagara (including programming and commissioning), and basic AutoCAD. Experience with BACnet, Modbus or systems from Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider or JCI is useful, and SCADA/HMI skills are a plus.
