Morningstar's credit ratings business is hiring an Analyst for its CMBS team in Navi Mumbai. You will research the loans and properties behind Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities using quantitative and qualitative analysis, review deal documents, analyse periodic data and set up net cash flow models to support the onshore team. You will also gather and analyse data for criteria development, ratings and research reports, report on CMBS pool and loan performance, and help with special projects. Over time you will learn underwriting and other parts of the ratings process.
Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in credit research, structured finance or commercial real estate analysis, with strong Excel and analytical skills. The role is hybrid.
