ESAB is hiring a Payroll Analyst at its Ambattur office in Chennai. You will provide payroll services, including payroll processing, direct deposit payments and online pay statements. You will receive and validate employee data such as time and attendance, follow up on incorrect pay information, and help standardise payroll processes and procedures globally so that payroll data is processed on time and accurately. You will work on moderately complex issues that need analysis of several factors, with general guidance on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects.
Requirements: a degree and a minimum of 2 years of payroll experience. Attention to detail and good knowledge of payroll processes are expected.
