BNY is hiring a Specialist 2 for Production Services Application Support in its Execution Services team in Pune. You will provide end-to-end application support for the Execution Services platform (FX and risk/PnL): monitoring system health, responding to alerts, diagnosing incidents and resolving them quickly to limit downtime. You will document root causes after incidents and put preventive fixes in place, coordinate with application and infrastructure teams on complex problems, help build and use monitoring tools, and contribute to improvement projects.
Requirements: a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 3 to 5 years of experience in application or production support, ideally in financial services.
