EXL is hiring an AWS Data Engineer in Bengaluru. You will design, build and optimise scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation on AWS, and work with BI, AI/ML and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable data platform solutions. The role includes writing efficient SQL and Python for processing and automation, creating solution designs, data flow diagrams and operational guides, writing unit tests, doing code reviews, and monitoring and tuning pipelines for performance and reliability while juggling several projects.
Requirements: 3 to 5 years of hands-on data engineering experience with AWS services, strong SQL and Python, and good knowledge of coding standards and data governance practices. The role is hybrid.
