NTT DATA is hiring a Cloud Operations Engineer (Windows/Linux and Azure) in Noida. You will administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers and cloud environments, handling backups, patching, activation and routine maintenance, and supporting network components such as DNS, DHCP and TCP. You will work across multiple cloud platforms, follow ITSM/ITIL processes and support internal and external customers.
Basic qualifications: 3+ years of overall operations experience, 3+ years of operating system and cloud experience, and experience working with distributed teams. Scripting in PowerShell, Shell, Python or Ansible, ITIL certification and Azure experience are a plus, along with good communication skills.
