Texas Instruments is hiring a Layout Engineer in Bengaluru. You will create multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings of semiconductor devices from schematics and geometry supplied by design engineers, using CAD tools. The work also includes checking dimensions, writing specifications and verifying completed layouts and drawings. Key skills include floor planning, closing block layouts that meet performance, area and quality targets, ESD knowledge and pad ring completion with ESD and IO placement, and EM/IR analysis using tools such as Voltus-Fi or Totem.
Requirements: a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or related) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in IC layout.
